The Cal Poly DanceSport Team is pleased to announce our eigth annual Mustang Ball DanceSport Competition, to be held on Saturday, February 28th, 2015 in the Chumash Auditorium in the University Union on the Cal Poly Campus. Cal Poly is located in San Luis Obispo, which is ideally situated on California's beautiful central coast. Our central location makes this an attractive competition for both Northern and Southern California teams and individuals to attend and compete at a great venue.
Our competition is open to all amateur competitors and will feature Newcomer through Open levels in International Standard and Latin, and American Smooth and Rhythm. We will also have a wide variety of nightclub events, a formation team competition, performances, a team match, and other fun events throughout the day.
Iaroslav Bieliei and Olga Tsikalyuk will be performing a thrilling 5 dance Standard showcase at the conclusion of our competition. They are current United States Professional Rising Star Standard Champions, so you won't want to miss the opportunity to see them!
